Hey, At the risk of sounding repetitive, we do not have the tools to control what type of in-game location a Wayspot becomes once reinstated. This process is completely automated and free of any manual control. While we are not able to fulfill your request to add back this location as a Gym at this time, we recognize the disappointment this may have caused and hope you continue to seek out adventures at other PokéStops and Gyms in your surrounding communities.
