Hi everyone can someone tell me what i did wrong on that one i nominated 3 pokestops that got accepted and got in the game pretty quit. What i wasn’t so sure about. I was pretty sure about this one to get accepted and got declined

Hi it keeps telling me that its a duplicate but its not
There is a fountain in the city centre but its over 2 km away so I am not sure what the problem is
I think I found this park, and that fountain is already a Wayspot. “Fountain in the park”
It’s in the same cell as “Totemoszlopok”
Unless I’m way off, and if I am can you share the coordinates of the park?
Yes that is the park, but the “totemoszlopok” is a wooden structure right infront of a big modern playground. If you go on google maps you can see that. I wanted to nominate that aswell since the park is full of potential for comdays for our little city. But there is no Pokestop in the game for the fountain
The “totemoszlopok” is the furthest one on the right.
The fountain is right in the midle of the park where all the little paths go into.

Here is how the park looks
The boxes on this map in green and red are known as S2 level 17 cells - all very technical and this article is good at explaining their significance in in Pokémon go

The key points are there is no limit to the number of wayspots in the database. However Pokémon Go does limit the selection of wayspots to appear in the game - 1 per level 17 cell.
So as you can see on the map there is already a fountain in a cell with 2 others only 1 of the 3 shows in the game. You can’t see the fountain but it’s already there and won’t appear.
When you go to submit, on the submission map bottom left if the toggle is on you will see orange pins and one will be the fountain. The wording is misleading, but in this case it simply means it is already in the database.

Yes. The park is covered mainly by 4 squares and each should have a pokestop or gym. The wayspots not used as stops or gyms have the potential to be powerspots.
Yeah i was wondering why the hell the fountain appears as a powerspot but not as a pokestop
