If I have to make a sweeping generalization, these days non-upgraded nominations can take from several days to several weeks, which is a massive improvement compared to the months or years it used to take.
If you are asking for support and advice on this, unfortunately it is too late to edit it because it is already in voting, however, chances are very strong that this will not be accepted, as you are not supposed to use game terms like “Pokéstop” in your description, and as from your supporting photo it is not clear at all where the object is located, whether it’s at an eligible location and whether it has pedestrian access.
I would suggest improving these two points and showing us your draft again so we can advise on resubmission - good luck!
There is no set timeframe, and this is listed in the Wayfarer FAQ:
How many reviews does it take to make a final decision on a Wayspot’s eligibility?
This exact number cannot be disclosed at this time, however, we can say that this depends on the performance of each individual Wayfinder.
I also agree with the game term mention, as this can be seen as trying to influence reviewers, so it may be rejected. It also may be on single family private residential property, or SFPRP, after looking at the address on Google Maps. SFPRP is an ineligible location, so this may be another reason it could be rejected.
The lil corner is city property. And there at multiple of these plaques already made into pokestops
As it looks like SFPRP you would definitely increase your chances by showing evidence of this (it is up to the submitter to show proof).
Also remember that you shouldn’t use what is already in the game as evidence of what is acceptable now. Criteria has changed and plenty of waypoints got through that shouldn’t have.
