I want to know how to edit the wayspots thats not visible in the game, but its visible in the nomination screen, or can ask the removal of them.
Why do you want to edit them? Are they incorrect?
Basically I want them to be removed if they are not available in any of the game
Basically they are of not any use and consuming the place in the game
This is not a reason for removal. They can serve other functions in pogo, and there are other games.

This is wrong. Thats not basis for removal. Unused wayspot might become powerspot. And who knows if niantic decide to add future feature.
Anyway wayfarer is not exclusive to pokemon go. Its being used in many games. Each with its own rule

They aren’t taking up any space in the game and preventing other things from appearing in Pokemon Go. They exist in the database and might get used by other games - Pokemon Go is not the only game using the wayspots.
Something that doesn’t cause any harm and doesn’t get in your way shouldn’t mean you want to get rid of it.

I think the wording “Wayspot used in other Niantic games” confuses some people. If a Wayspot is not being used in Pokemon Go, then it is not eligible to be used in Pokemon Go. I don’t know if you are aware of how S2 cells are used in determining which Wayspots become Pokestops/gyms, but this article explains: https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/

They are likely eligible to be powerspots, so this is not a good idea even if it were possible. Plus you’d be stripping game locations for people who play other niantic games which would be awful! Do not do this.

And they may specifically be imports that were added only for use as Powerspots, especially if that ! shows like this when you tap it:
