Can I have some advices on how to improve my score ? I waited for one month for my score to stabilise but now I don’t know what to do
At first I would reject submissions based on criteria but it seems like they accept anything in my area based on new wayspots I’ve seen so I tried to just ignore bad submissions to still get agreements without going against the rules but I’m still stuck on this score.

Do a few reviews each day, but not too many.
Skip anything you’re unsure of.
While you’re building your score back up, you might want to avoid things that you believe you may disagree with vs the community overall.
For example qhen my rating dipped last year, I stared skipping trail markers, since I tend to like to approve those and feel they meet multiple critieria, my community tend to incorrectly reject them. Therefore I skipped them while I was hoping for my rating to recover.
Skips don’t harm your rating so that is my advice - just stick to reviews you’re most confident of, and also take your time with them and check the critiera clarifications here if you’re unsure or wanting to learn more.

There won’t be any issue if I don’t reject anything and just skip? like there is no ratio accepted/rejected for the score

Hope it helps! Definitely come here and ask if you run into anything youre not sure of - for future - but yes definitely skip things you don’t feel confident of an agreement for.
The more reviews you see, I would imagine you’ll get more of an idea of what is a good and bad nomination and maybe how the other people in your country would vote on it too.
It feels awful having a lower rating than you want but its definitely possible to re build it. I cant recall when I saw this but Im sure that staff commented before that your more recent activity would have more bearing on your rating than reviews you did a long time ago, so hopefully that helps your confidence in improving things- because what you do next will make quite a difference 
A piece of advice on the forums that helped me stated that whether you agree with the majority did not effect rating. For full reviews just making sure you didn’t just click the accept / refuse often straight away. Even if the image is an obvious refuse still click satallite / street view before selecting. Edits did not seem to effect in such a way. I went from “Fair” to “Great” fairly quickly.
I was the opposite where at the beginning I would refuse the “litle circle with an arrow” trail markers as not distinct but reading here the consenses was that they should be accepted. I took to skipping those so I didn’t go against my principles but was not spoiling for the nominator.
