If you don’t have any near by friends. No any pokestop. No any gym. Within 60km radius. You just uninstalled this game. This game not for everyone one. Who live in citys and rich guys. But I love this game just uninstalled. Because you will see Lossing to may raid days community days without reaching it. If you alone in your zone no one here to accept you pokestop. Don’t waste your time.

I am sorry to hear that you are in a situation where playing the game is very difficult.
We can’t help with the actual game, but we might be able to help you submit places that could possibly become pokestops or gyms.
You can submit if you are level 35 in the game.
If you would like to tell roughly where you live - the co ordinates of the town or village there are people here who love to help look on google and make suggestions.
Please do tell us where to look.

I am now at my university sabaragamuwa university of Sri Lanka. Two gym is there. But no plays my poke still there. Many time I live in my town call uragasgmanhandiya in galle district. (6.3660390, 80.0887790)

Rural areas can be tricky to find POIs that may be eligible to be added to the Wayfarer map, but we do have a good thread that lists many POIs that one may want to look for: Tips for Rural Nominators
While I live in a city now, I grew up in a rural hometown, and have added many Wayspots there while visiting, with a good number of them being added to PoGo. I’m still looking out for POIs that could be added there, and have a few in mind the next time I’m there.
Also keep in mind that Wayfarer is the database map that all Scopely games, including PoGo, uses to determine game play locations, and there is criteria that has to be followed when nomination new Wayspots. Not all approved Wayspots make into the games, as they have their own density rules, with PoGo using S2 cells to determine game play locations.
Lastly, there is a test that is going on in rural parts of France, Italy, and Spain that has added stops/gyms to areas where game play would be safe to take place. Stops/gyms have been added to street corners and bus stops, which are currently ineligible per Wayfarer criteria, but if this is deemed to be a successful test, it could bring more game play locations to rural and low-density areas. I do see some temples in this area that do not have Wayspots it appears, and temples may be eligible, as they are great places to explore, and may be a place to socialize, depending on the rules there. Here are the ones that I see that do not have Wayspots:

Thanks for the information.
I had a look around those co ordinates.
It does look remote and very beautiful. It is tricky as the area seems to have very few houses quite far apart.
I did see 2 shrines
Are these pokestops?
Things like shrines or other religious places are good places. You must take your own photos.
Where do you go for food? Is there a central place?
Is there a central social hub somewhere?

Things like religious place, sport field, and park is one of the easiest to get approved. I suggest you work on those 1st. Those are usually visible from satelite or street view as well.
