Hey i wrote a ticket using help chat in my pc and i want to observe the situation on my phone is there any way i can see the ticket on phone?
Pretty sure this isn’t an option.
Many have even had problems with the help chat disappearing from the device it was created on.
Seems that it is “session based” and not “account based”.
