I never received my Wayfarer challenge rewards…

I didn’t get the email for my challenge rewards :frowning:

Now I have to post on the forums? How is that fair that I have to chase Niantic down for what’s rightfully mine?
It’s not very fair to put the onus on me when it’s their mistake.

My interactions with this company are starting to feel like abject abuse at this point, between the bait-and-switch with the Lucky Trinket and now not delivering on a promise when I did free labor for them.

FAQ:
• Yes, I did check spam/junk folders
• No, I have never changed my email before
• No, I don’t have a screenshot of the banner, I didn’t think to take one, because I trusted Niantic. I know that I did at least 150 because I remember that I did them mostly in one sitting.
• Yes, I have an Apple ID, but I don’t think it’s connected to Niantic, and I always log into Wayfarer with Google, not Apple ID
