I requested a change of location, but instead the pokestop was removed.
I received an email that the change of location had been accepted.
Can anyone help me?

Welcome. Since ingress split with pogo, we dont have updated map so what i saw here might be outdated. But perhaps the corrected coordinate is in the same cell with another wayspot. Do you know how s2 cell works?

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. The S2 cell use has not been officially confirmed as far as I am aware, but staff has acknowledged there is an additional step after acceptance. You can either wait for staff or learn about s2 cells and check it yourself. But for future reference, you might wanna learn about s2 cells anyway
