This Noticeboard does exist at the location, but doesn’t exist on streetview because it’s on hospital grounds… Ok, the description isn’t great, and isn’t written in the style of Shakespeare.
The question is… should I appeal or not bother with it?
It’s definitely not a 3rd party photo, and I feel somewhat insulted that you would suggest that it was as such.

I wonder if its the google maps view there facing some greener space and the noticeboard is on a brick wall? Maybe no one moved it around to look the other way which I assume shows this church wall?
Might help to have a support photo from much further back. Personally I dont see any reason to vote its not present at the location, it quite clearly matches this church in terms of location, name etc
The image isnt the best - typical grey day british photograph isnt it. But I dont see what else can be done when taking a picture of a greyish wood noticeboard fixed to a grey wall on a dull day 
its certainly not a low quality photo so I dont think it matters-its clear enough what you took a picture of
In Hindsight, I could have taken the supporting info from a different angle, but there’s nothing that would have added much value from a different angle or distance.
The sign you can see from the Google View, from memory, is just a signboard stating it’s St Mary’s Church. Other than that, it’s not linked to the noticeboard. Not sure how to better describe it to make it more eligible.

Yeah I understand your nomination just fine, Im just trying to work out what someone who chose to reject for location might have been thinking.. because I dont really understand it - just wondering if they didnt like your support pic not showing much extra and thought you were trying to avoid showing something maybe?

I would try this personally to try to make the location clearer before appealing. Since appeals are limited. And then appeal if it is rejected again.

Nope. Not trying to avoid showing anything else… just nothing else of interest to help support. Plus I was a bit exhausted with all the walking I did to get all the nominations I submitted that day.

In what way? The noticeboard is on the side of the church. There wasn’t really much else I could add to support where the location was. I may try and go back there tomorrow, legs permitting, and see if I can resubmit. It’s not first noticeboard in the area that has been rejected.

In all the nominations I have submitted where there is no visible streetview I have never needed to provide GPS details in my supporting information or image. I won’t start doing this on my nomination unless Niantic provides clear guideance that this will be required moving forward.

Yeah street view doesnt go up to the actual church does it, I see what you mean
You can of course just appeal it, I think it should be an easy accept - I can even see it says Harrow on the Hill carved jnto the wood of the board! But if for some reason you get the same appeal person that rejected my child friendly bar, you can try resumbitting with that text showing better at the top? Or like a close up collaged with a wide angle shot?

Thats just the limit of the street view unfortunately- theres no close up at all of the church on google - only up to the gate
You can see it has grounds with multiple paths on satelite and these 2 locations look possible for the board to be ie path approaching wall. So I cant conclude it isnt there - to me it looks like its highly likely to be there especially with the name carved onto it

Streetview doesn’t do the nomination justice. The Google Car doesn’t have the ability to go onto the Church grounds to show all the particulars. I know in some areas there have been Google Bikes with 360 cameras, but they haven’t been to this neck of the woods. I might try and go back tomorrow to do the resub, but not entirely sure at the moment.

It really needs a supplementary phot that allows you to match with the shape of the church on satellite. It is distinctive on the wall so you could have the photo from a reasonable distance.
And small point since you are going back…can you get the main photo straight
