Is Village Oaks area POIs ban from Pokemon Go?

I was reviewing and notice there was a stop near the “Village Oaks” from Target to Safeway looks like there are no stops in the game. But I see many nominations there.

Some includes

Japanese Painting at Senro Sushi
The Pheasant Wall
Butterflies
California Poppy
Dave’s hot chicken
Pour Decisions Craft Coffee | Craft Beer
**Hop Wall at Pour Decisions
Vio community pool
Vio Rooftop Community Lounge

I’m copy pasting the name I see from a review where it has the option “Mark as duplicate” map.

I was going to nominate this area, but seems it already got approve.

Can someone verify its not showing in Pokemon Go?**

I was able to find this location. Only one pokestop or gym can be exist in any individual cell under normal circumstances, so a lot of these won’t be live in game:

Whenever I tell someone about S2 cells, I try to remember to say that submitting something away from the actual location to put it in an empty cell is abuse that Niantic does not take lightly. This is only to help explain why the others are not live.

It may be that the property owners requested the Pokemon Go game locations get removed. I do not have access to information which would confirm this, but I highly suspect that this is the case here. And if that is true, then nominating more Wayspots would not change things in Pokemon Go.

Only a staff member to be able to confirm that is the reason why they are blocked from this area.

Does this list help you? You will need to go check in person to see which are being used in Pokemon Go. If you are saying that none of these are in Pokemon Go, then something else is going on, like a geo block.

Yes, none of those are powerspots.

I like to know if this is “geo block” and for what reasons.
