Are the levels for each wayfarer rating (super, good, okay, bad) known (which percentage of agreement compared to total rating number is necessary) and how can you improve?
My rating is constantly decreasing although I am sure that I meet the criteria.
There is no set number afaik that corresponds to set levels that we can see. Aaron made this post indicating that your disagreements are involved, and we can’t see those.
His post also had suggestions on how to improve your rating. I usually recommend going slow, really consider each question, expand the tool tips, enlarge the photo, check satellite and street views, etc. Use “I don’t know” when appropriate. Some people don’t realize that is a valid answer.

Well if it counts don’t insult the Machine Learning in a comment,I did it as a joke on one comment and Emily (Machine Learning Bot Name) took offence at me I think and I dropped a level just from one comment.
Either that or a Niantic Human Bean did it because I insulted the wayfarer technology and they didn’t like it.
No one knows what there secret recipe is behind the scenes unless they feel generous to tell us one day.
Best thing to do is keep up to date on criteria changes,be fair and honest,if you use the games as well do a bit of exploring on foot in your local area and put your criteria knowledge into action.
Who knows you may even find something unique to submit yourself that people have missed.
