Multiple nominations of mine have been accepted at my community clubhouse featuring multiple parks, courts for sports, pools, gyms, and activity rooms. I am aware that it takes 48 hours at max to spawn in the game if eligible. However the 3 nominations that I am speaking of in this post have not only not been put in the game, but have not appeared in the Wayfarer website map option. I am wondering if they will ever appear or perhaps I should resubmit the way-spots.

If they have been accepted, then you do not need to resubmit. Would you care to share the titles and locations of the ones you are concerned about?

I see the Wayspots on the Map. The ones that are Pokemon Go eligible should sync in.
If they are in a cell that is shaded purple, then it is not eligible to become a Pokestop or gym. Here is a topic about that issue: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)
Sync is often delayed anyway, especially around big events, so the 48 hours is not guaranteed.

By the looks of this, it does not seem like any of them will be added except for one. Perhaps I could resubmit and move them over?

No, they are already in game, so if you resubmit, they will be duplicates. If they are correctly located in real life, Niantic considers submitting an edit for game manipulation to be abuse. The Wayspots could be used for other purposes in the future.

However, I see popular content creators play Pokemon Go in highly populated areas where there are basically dozens of pokestops on top of each other. How does that work?
The cell lines allow up to four to be close together at the corners. In those really packed areas, they were mostly created through location edits back when game status would not be recalculated when a location edit was made. Measures have been taken to prevent packing them in this way now, but the existing game locations were not systematically removed.

I see. One more question. Is there any way I can access the map or system you are using to see these cells?
I am using a third party tool with the Wayfarer map to see cells. We are not allowed to share links to third party tools on the forum, but you can google “wayfarer tools” and find them. There will also be a link to the Wayfarer Discussion Discord server at that site if you need to talk to someone to help install them. (Plus, we are a great bunch of people who enjoy Wayfarer if you just want to join even if you don’t need help.)
