No, the only reason to ever do this is to adjust the location to its correct position, if it was wrong before, and then this is just a coincidence, adjusting for cells for just that reason is not allowed at all.

Ambassadors don’t have any more rights than a regular user regarding the database, you would need to submit a report or edit to the wayspot yourself

You can go to the wayfarer website, to the help tab, and then an orange chat bubble will appear. This is called help chat, you then give them the data of the wayspot and a reasoning or evidence, and then they’ll look at it
