In january 2025 i submitted two pokestops and both got approved in less than a month, and only one of them pop up and the other one didn´t, about to be 3 months since (april 2025) and hasn´t pop up yet

I moved this out of Bug Reporting because it is probably not a bug. As your email states, not all approved wayspots become pokestops.
if you submitted something in that roundabout, it may have been reported for removal before it had time to go live in any game. i do not see safe pedestrian access to that area.

Objects in the centres of roundabouts are deemed to not have safe pedestrian access unless there’s a visible crossing point to the centre of the roundabout. In this case there doesn’t appear to be any crossing points, so it was likely removed not long after it was accepted, and shouldn’t have been accepted in the first place.
