Usually sponsored locations that have new stores like 7-eleven don’t get updated and won’t make it in

It might not get a stop, as it all depends on the sponsorship deal that 7-11 has with PoGo or other Niantic game. Most likely 7-11 would have to make some changes to their sponsorship deal to add new stores, as well as pay Niantic more for new stores to be added as sponsored game play locations.
