(The Following wayspot i would like to appeal for being rejected)

(This is the image of where i wanted to stick the wayspot in Pokémon go)

(additional information)
this is a location in my neighborhood where the children and the community meet up together to exchange books with each other. This neighborhood only has 2 stops near this area and all of them are far away from each other and the other stops at the beginning of the neighborhood are miles away from the others. just trying to add more wayspots to the neighborhood so the community can get together and have a good time.

Welcome to the forum @thejoshuablee

Two things:

  1. please don’t hijack other people’s appeal threads with your own nominations. You should create your own thread. Perhaps @elijustrying or one of the other people with moderator powers can break your post and my reply off into its own topic.

  2. you cannot appeal rejected nominations on the forum. In order to appeal, you need to login to your wayfarer account and find the nomination in your nominations tab. If you tap on it, you should see an appeal button near the top.

You can use that to appeal a rejected nomination. You get two appeals and each time you use one, there’s a 20 day period before you get credited another one to use.

With all that being said though, I would not recommend appealing this nomination, as it seems to be on private residential property.

sorry I did not know i was on someone Elses on this is my first time second of all that isn’t a private property because the people allow people to be on it and other stuff

also we have another one that is on someone’s lawn that was accepted

You can’t go by what you see in game always. There might be extenuating circumstances, or it may have been accepted in error. You can report locations you see that should be removed.

It is not enough that the homeowner gives permission.

Maybe Wayspot in the lawn area is this Little Free Library. With the wooden fence behind it, it doesn’t look like the property of a private residence, but living in Japan, it is hard for me to judge.

This one is on SFPRP. The fence may have confused reviewers.

I was also considering that the thin boundary line shown on that Google map might be the property line.

I looked around this neighborhood, and it just doesn’t have a lot of eligible locations there. My neighborhood is similar. There are some missed opportunities at this recreational area:

The pool, the tennis court, and the basketball court could all be eligible separately.

Also, what is this area?

that area is just a wide-open field with nothing in it

yeah, sorry i didn’t know that the little library couldn’t be one

@thejoshuablee There appears to be a walking trail around the “open field”. I wonder if that could stand a chance, especially if there’s something on it to pin the location? A trail without any markers or signs is usually a hard sell but there may be a possibility there.

I also think I may see something on the western edge of that field? I have no idea what it could be. The middle of that field also looks odd to me, like something is or was once there?

Looking at this streetview I would think that the property line is probably like this.
I’m looking at the fence in the back yard and extending that to the sidewalk.

Now if that LFL was here next to the post boxes facing the sidewalk I would have no issues with it.
