Hello everyone,
I am writing to appeal the rejection of my recent nomination, which I firmly believe meets all the official Niantic Wayfarer criteria. I would highly appreciate the community’s feedback and assistance in getting this decision reviewed.
According to the official guidelines, a high-quality Wayspot should be a great place for exploration, exercise, or social gathering. This nomination perfectly fulfills these requirements because:
Exploration / Exercise / Socializing: [Wybierz właściwe i dopisz krótko dlaczego, np.: It is a unique local landmark that encourages exploration / It promotes physical activity as an outdoor sports facility / It serves as a popular gathering point for the local community].
Safe Access: The location features safe pedestrian access, allowing people to visit and interact with the object without any safety hazards.
Accuracy: The coordinates and both photos provided are accurate, clear, and perfectly reflect the real-world location. It is definitely not a duplicate and is not located on private residential property or school grounds.
I have attached the screenshots of the nomination, including the rejection reasons. I believe this spot is a valuable addition to the local map and fulfills all necessary criteria.

I believe this is the location?
It says it’s a school and streetview shows lots of school children.
Could you explain please why it is not a school or pkace primarily focussed on under 18s?

Also can you provide the actual co ordinates and the supporting photo?

Hello, and welcome to the forum.
The historical value of that plaque is evident. It does appear to be a valid subject for exploration. However, while you mention that it’s located outside the boundary wall and can be accessed without entering the school grounds, the boundary wall itself is located within the school premise. Wayfarer strictly stipulates that objects attached to structures within the school premises are not eligible for review.

No! The location should always be accurate, misplacing it would result in a warning/ban.

That’s the wayfarer map on the wayfarer website, but with some community developed browser add ons. We aren’t allowed to link to the add ons, but we can suggest that you search for wayfarer tools on your favourite search engine.
