This is beautiful art, but you did not convince reviewers that it could exist where you pinned it. The pin in your screenshot looks like it is in a street in that screen. When I looked at the address in your screenshot (which can be off from the coordinates from Google looking for the nearest address) I don’t see anything nearby that looks like it could be the location for this art.
The code in the address is taking me to 23.222360593328684, 87.85417244239322 if anyone else wants to look.
I would recommend trying to resubmit this with a supporting photo from further back that shows reviewers where this is located. I actually like the supporting photo in your rejected nomination for a main photo, since it shows more of the artwork, but use whichever you like better.
If it would be difficult to get back to take a new photo, then you could try to appeal this if you think you can convince Niantic reviewers that this is where you say it is. You get 2 appeals, each on a 20 day counter before you can use it again, so I usually try to resubmit before I use an appeal.
Maybe others will have more suggestions.
Looking at the style of the buildings on Streetview compared to the nominaitons, I am struggling to see how this nomination is at this location. Can you confirm the exact location where this nomination is located please?

Me too. I could kinda see this as a fancy bus stop. But nothing in the area looks like this, including the nearest bus stop.

I believe it’s linked to the nearby gate shown in the below image. It’s an artisitic representation, but not sure where it’s located.
Found it. It’s located a few metres south of the actual pin.

With the nice work by @P1dg3ySlayer to find the actual location, I would not recommend appealing. IDK if they would correct the pin with an appeal or just reject it. I would resubmit in the correct location with a supporting photo that helps prove where it is.

It’s over 60 m away from the nomination location, so no wondering it was marked as inaccurate location; you certainly can’t move the pin that far while reviewing. The correct location appears to be around 23.222012301719413, 87.85368721952214, and here’s the measurement.
@tanmaydutta You’ll want to resubmit this at the correct location. Reviewers can move pins, but not over 20 m, if I remember correctly. If you can upload the nomination at that location, that sometimes is better to do that upload later.

@DTrain2002 thank you for your suggestion, but in the accurate pin location there allready a POI present and that is live in Pokemon go, that’s why I moved the location to that point.
Be glad your account was not punished for that. That is abuse and can result in the permanent ban on your Pokemon GO account.

Unfortunately, Wayspots have to be accurate, and cannot be misplaced on the map, as that would be considered abusive. Manipulation of the map and inaccurately placing Wayspots is against the Terms of Service and could result in a warning, or even a ban.
You may not know that we are actually nomination Wayspots, not stops/gyms for PoGo or portals for Ingress. Approved Wayspots get added to the database map, and that map is used to determine game play locations. Each game has its own density/inclusion rules, with PoGo using S2 cells and Ingress using a 20 m rule. More info on S2 cells in PoGo can be found here:
https://pokemongohub.net/post/featured/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/
Yes, there already are 2 Wayspots in the L17 S2 cell where this artwork is located, so it won’t be in PoGo, as only 1 Wayspot is allowed per L17 S2 cell. It’s also less than 20 m from another Wayspot, so it wouldn’t be in Ingress, but it would be added to the database map.
Also want to note that the inaccurate location you chose already has a Wayspot in the L17 S2 cell, so even if you had gotten this approved, it wouldn’t have appeared in PoGo.
Yes I know about lvl 17 s2 cell, could you please give me this map link you are using too determine how many POI is live in that cell ? I don’t have that.
Thank you for your suggestion and concern
. I did it because In my country there are too many not accurate POI that already live, so I thought it would be also ok to do this
It’s the Ingress Intel map with a S2 overlay plug-in. You have to have an Ingress account to access the intel map.
Yes, India has a good number of imports, especially for PoGo, and some may be inaccurate. If they are, you should try to edit them to make them accurate, or, if they do not exist where they are, request removal.

Knowingly place a Wayspot in a location where it is known not to be in order to game the system isn’t right. I get in some cases GPS drifts does happen, but in the case of your submission, it is clear, and even by your own subsequent comment / post, it was placed at a location where the nomination was known not to exist.
I hope Niantic don’t punish you for this, and that if you do resubmit this, that you place it in the correct location.

@P1dg3ySlayer I did only 50-60 mtr from actual place, and you call it abuse!! In real life 50-60 mtr distance is not much.Ok fine, my mistake
I have access to intel map. But don’t know how to over lap s2 cell. Could you teach me the prosess
It’s something we can’t really share here, but you may want to do a web search for Ingress Intel map overlay.
