I dont understand why i waist my time walking around nominating new stops when you guys just put them in which of your games you want to. Pokemon go is the only one we play around here, and we have been for years and we have a pretty big group. But we are a small town one park hardly any stops and gyms. We have to drive around in the park to play because of the lack of stops. And i have been nominating stops for awhile now grinding through all the dumb denials and resubmitting, just for them to be approved but not put in pokemon go but one of your other games instead. This is a very dumb process, if im playing pokemon go nominating new locations then thats where they should go. Pokemon go should get them all it has to be your most played game you have. Or just put them in all your games and be done with it. Its cery frustrating and makes you not want to even try or play anymore. Im tyring to light our park up like old paris mall used to be to bring more enjoyment to your game and bring in more players.
Whilst the in game language doesn’t make it clear you’ve been nominating Wayspots which may become PokéStops if they meet that games inclusion rules.
The games set these to my knowledge so you’d have to raise an issue in your Pokémon GO app if you want the inclusion rules to be changed.
For Pokémon GO, they allow one Wayspot per S2 L17 cell to be a PokéStop. Other games will have different inclusion rules such as 20m distance between Portals in Ingress.

Note that misplacing the pin can be considered Abuse by Wayfarer. Place it on the object
And to clarify further, while you may not care about Wayfarer, such abuse can lead to your PoGo account to be banned as well. So make sure to place pins where the items/locations exist. Use Cell knowledge to help find things in that cell that are eligible, not to force things to appear in game by making them have inaccurate location pins. And even if you were to try this and risk a ban for abuse, reviewers can move your pin.
Nominating pokestops in alexander city AL. sportsplex(our local park) for our local pokemon go group. We get out to spend the day playing just trying load the park with more stops and gyms to make it more enjoyable for all to come play, raid, battle and etc. Super small town pretty much have to drive all around town to play trying to fix this. Make our park a one stop shop to play and spend the day

It is unfortunate how the L17 S2 cells landed so that all these backstops are in the same one. (I am looking only at portal, not all Wayspots). But if that area at the top left of this screenshot is a batting cage or something eligible independently, it would show in Pokemon Go if you submit that:
Is this portal actually where the 1842 is? If you submit a location correction, then both Imagination Station Pavilion and Imagination Station Playground will show in Pokemon Go. Only do that if it is genuinely a correction, but i don’t see a structure where it is currently pinned. If that structure at 1842 is just a restroom, it wouldn’t be eligible.
I guess I should wait to hear back before making more suggestions.
The tool I am using to check cells is called iitc with a pogotools overlay. You can google it.

Just for the record i did not mean moving pins from the object completely, i meant move them to align in different squares to fit guidlines of pogo. Some objects are split by them and or i could have used different objects in area. Im gonna talk to park super intendent to see if he will allow me to create wood pokemon to use as markers through the park along paths and trails would this be allowed.
Do not do a location edit just for game reasons if the location is already correct. That has been called out as abuse. I will find a link if need be. But when you are submitting, you can chose where to put the pin, as long as the pin is correct in real life. For example, something like a large pavilion you can enter from any side could have many equally correct pin locations.
I am not completely sure what you are suggesting, but if you are getting permission to install permanent sculptures throughout the park, that sounds like art which would be eligible to me. You may need to provide evidence that these are permanent installations in your submissions.
No not editing any of them. I was talking about if I had knew about the squares at the time I could have. That’s why I was asking about the markers if I got the park supervisor on board with allowing me to create pokemon to place through the park along sidewalks, cross country paths and along our disc golf course. I could strategically place them to align with all guidelines and create new stops using them as markers for everyone to enjoy
