The only emails I get are submitted/approved/denied stops and ticket receipts if I buy a ticket to an in person Pokemon go event/coins. I don’t get any promotion Pokemon go emails, no wayfarer stats, even last year for my premier access I had to go to the support tent to get my items because I never received the codes to get them. Please can I have some individual help with this.

We have made necessary changes to our systems to address this issue. So as long as you have the in-app setting turned on, you should be able to receive the email now.
Please make sure that you have the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting turned on. If it was already on and you did not receive the emails in previous months, please turn it off and on again to reset the settings.
You can follow the below steps to turn on the in-App settings:
- Open the Pokémon GO app
- Select the PokéBall at the bottom middle of the screen
- Select “Settings” on the top right
- Scroll about a third of the way down and select “Account”
- Scroll all the way down to the “Other” section
- Toggle on the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting

Doing this now! So excited to maybe get my recognition email next month!

It has been toggled on for a long time, since the initial announcement of the Recognition Emails.

The issue is I haven’t been getting them period, I’ve been a wayfarer since 2021, I don’t know exactly when they’ve been showing the statistics but I haven’t gotten any. 
I haven’t received an email this month either. Should I wait a little longer?
Unfortunately my ambassador told me the email was send yesterday, but I still did not receive anything. I toggled the feature of and on. So that could not be it.

Same here, still nothing on my end. If the email went out after the staff update earlier this week, I haven’t seen it yet either.
Still nothing here. Toggling on and off didn’t work, also support via Twitter said reinstall the app. That didn’t work either
I have not reccived any mail for the last months, the settings is OK and I have reccived mail before but not for the last months. What is wrong?
