If I have 4 stops around each other should one them become a gym?

Yes they should have been removed previously - I went to the one in Manchester last year and I think they were removed after the event.
You will just need to meet elsewhere for now.

I think this link talks about the event the gyms were for. You had them for nearly a year!! Probably better than could be expected, but I understand its a shame when you get used to something and then it disappears

Raid hours were pretty fun and we had a lot of people come join. Not sure where we will do them next.
You can find another good location to meet for now. London is an incredible place to play.
And longer term if you have/get a community ambassador for the area then they could try to get a campsite addded to the park which creates extra gyms similar to what you had (probably not 10, but it would replace some)
That’s not too far either, looks like a decent alternative! Certainly the best kind of “natural” option that could be expected without some additional gyms being placed
London is a crazily good location to play. I used to go out on ‘raid trains’ where we would run around the city doing 20+ raids. Would love to go back and do that again.
Fenced playground to the south unsubmitted - an allotment / community garden to the west. Edit: I did wonder if the playground was a school but i think it’s just got a fence because London.
