Over 10 gyms removed from my local area.
All gyms located in parks with no curfew.
How do I get them back.
Big community in my local area who will be affected greatly by this.

There are 3 parks that kinda connect just south of London Bridge station which has 11 gyms in them yesterday and now they have none
The wayfarer map shows a regular amount of gyms there. Could it be possible that there were more gyms in that location than should be possible and this was rebalanced?
The park appears to be empty
Maybe but there is now none and it’s usually hosts one of the biggest communities in London so not sure how that benefits the game or community.
It’s kinda killed the game in the area
From gyms yes, but the cells are still filled, so I find it remarkable that there would have been 11 gyms there, there are not even that many cells to fill.
They all show as grey gyms on campfire if you look there.
I understand if they felt the need to reduce a couple but all of them seems a bit excessive.
But it’s locations is central London one of the biggest cities and densely populated in the world so tbh i don’t understand why you wouldn’t have gyms in these parks
There why 4 in the park and the others where is adjacent parks
Community ambassador can apply for campsite which basically additional gym/pokestop (subject tk approval)
Maybe that’s the case cause there is a massive community here that meet up most days.

yes, unless there was abuse, the other exception is when there is a sponsored gym

Ohhh yeah those were not permanent gyms then! Probably it was boosted for a period for a special event by having additional gyms and now it’s reverted to having the standard amount. Getting a community ambassador for the area and making a campsite could mean it’s possible to replace some of this, but wayfarer wise, it looks like the area is full.
Yeah it’s not great as I found in total 13 gyms have been removed which definitely hinders the experience of the game
And there were no sponsored gyms ?
At the absolute maximum there could have been 6 gyms across the 3 parks if there hadn’t been previously some sort game board manipulation.

I suspect what has happened is that this has just returned to normal. It be frustrating as you have been used to the previous situation. You need to speak to the Pokémon Go community Ambassadors to see if you can get a campsite so enhanced gym numbers.
