Didn’t know this was also a private residence at the time of submitting it. I am friends with the manager of the place. I make crafts for him to sell. He got pissed off when he discovered why people were loitering in front of his shop and wandering into his yard after hours.
I asked him to make the report since I figured it had to come from him. He told me to do it since I got him into this problem and he doesn’t have the time for it.
I’ve already tried to report the stop through the game.

The photo you showed is your Acceptance. For an Appeal the staff here needs to see that you attempted to get it removed frim an in-game report, a Help Chat report, or a map report. If it was denied you can send the response email or chat response.
In general this is where you should start. The Appeal section on the Forum is if you are denied from an in-game report. That’s why a response from that is asked for on the forum.

Really fear this not getting taken down (the gym). He was angry at me about this. Do staff see these posts here in the forum? I did bad submitting the place. If I’d known in advance I would have never submitted it.
It is the weekend so you may not see anything from the Appeals reviewer until later in the week. If that is rejected you would want to post the reply here. Staff does read these posts and does respond.
Question spurred on out of fear. Hoping no one can resubmit the location correct? That now it’s been flagged by the system. That even if someone renamed the proposed gym or spot. That the system knows not to approve it? I hope no one else tries to resubmit it.
I can’t answer this. Maybe staff will confirm whether or not a geo-block has been put into place. I don’t think they will have without the property owner request, but hope to be wrong. It definitely looks like a cool and interesting destination, and does not look like SFPRP, so I can also see others incorrectly submitting it.
