POI Cleo's TCG repeatedly being denied, most recent rejection criteria is false, appeal not available

Cleo’s TCG

A pillar of the San Bernardino TCG community, Cleo’s offers a great place for trainers and traders to come together for tournaments, trading, presale events, buying cards and more, all at a great price. They offer hundreds of video games and consoles spanning back as far as the 90s and a wide variety of TCG products from both Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon sets.

This stop has been rejected 4 times now. First it wanted a photo I took myself, the second submission gave me no information, and the third one asked me to get a photo without any license plates showing. I got a picture fitting every criteria; The only license plate in frame is entirely obscured by a bar on the window, and yet it once again says it was denied due to the license plate and “wayfarer criteria.” This has been a thorn in my side for weeks. If I could just understand what more is needed from me, or what I could do differently, I’ll do it. I have seen so many pokestops in my travels that don’t fit the criteria, so why is this perfect community gathering center being so consistently denied?

This seems like a good nomination, but it could do with a bit of work.

Your description comes across as an advert, rather than a description. It also contains the word “trainers” in the context of Pokémon, which, whilst it could apply to Pokémon TCG players, could also be seen as a Pokémon Go specific term, and Pokémon Go specific terms aren’t allowed in the title or description. So I would rework the description to make it sound less like an ad, and remove the term “trainers” (and potentially any mention of Pokémon, even though it’s technically relevant).

Your supporting info should be selling it as a great place to be social, which you are kind of doing, but could probably do better. You don’t need that last sentence. You can include a link to their website if you feel like providing additional evidence that events and tournaments are held at the location.

If you make these changes and it gets rejected again, I would suggest appealing, as this is the kind of thing I could see Niantic accepting.
