i keep getting rejected from any post i suggest while in different street next to my Neighbourhood same post same info exists

It may be best to submit using the eligibility criteria as a guide. Existing wayspots may be incorrectly accepted, up for removal, not inputted through Wayfarer, or a combination of these circumstances.
While similarities do occur, every object exists under different circumstances. The difficulty to verify information is also part of these differences. It would help us help you if you can post the rejected nomination as seen from the Contribution Management page.

I realize that it is extremely frustrating to have something rejected that seems just like some thing you see live in game. But every time you submit something, you should make a case that it meets the acceptability criteria, which you can find at this link: Wayspot Criteria — Wayfarer Help Center
The current core criteria is that something is a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social. The other Wayspot could have something about it that makes it meet criteria that you are seeing, it could have been accepted in error, or it could have become a Wayspot under different criteria. Or your Wayspot could be ineligible for some reason, like being on single family private residential property (SFPRP) or not having safe pedestrian access.
If you would like to share screenshots from your contributions page, we may be able to advise why we think it is being rejected, and if there is anything you could do to make it more acceptable. But be aware that this is a public server if you would rather not reveal your location.
