You may be right, I “walked” the opposite way and found a similar sign…
I’d be willing to be they’re tacked to posts throughout the area.
I think there might be another sign that is similar close to there as well.
The actual location of the sign doesn’t actually make any difference here as both are over 60 metres out.
You state that you have already appealed and that it has been rejected.
You have then posted on an open forum.
Members here have given you their opinions on why you have received your suspension and that they do not give much hope to the suspension been lifted. You can not pick and choose which replies you wish to receive.
It is possible that a member of staff will read this and give you an update but you must accept that…
A: You will probably still not get the outcome you are hoping for.
B: They may not reply until after the weekend.

At the end of the day, nothing any of us say here will matter at all.
Niantic issued the suspension, and only they can overturn it.
You submitted an appeal and it was denied, at this point all you can do is hope that they notice this post, and you get a resolution either way. However I don’t think you’ll get the resolution you want.

You can provide the evidence and details you need, which it appears has already happened. As others have mentioned, being an open forum means others can comment on it and offer their take.

It is possible that a member of staff may see it sooner, we have seen the occasional visit over the weekends.
Nobody here is “happy” that you got the suspension, we are just advising that you don’t get your hopes up for a reprieve that in our opinion is unlikely to happen.
