Wayspot Title: Parker Building, Chemistry – University of Manitoba

I am frustrated that my Wayspot was approved (I appealed it and the appeal was successful), but my Wayspot is showing up as a white dot instead of a red dot in the game. There is no nearby Wayspot to make it a white dot (but please correct me if I’m wrong).
Why doesn’t my Wayspot appear as a pokestop? Please assist .
So I guess my question from here is, if my nomination weren’t sync’d , wouldn’t my nomination not show up at all, rather than show up as a white dot (invisible)? I didn’t know the natural progression of approvals was
Approved nomination —> white dot —> red dot
I thought it was either :
Approved nomination —> white dot
Approved nomination —> red dot
which is why I can’t make sense of the sync reason…
When all is working fine the process includes 2 syncs.
A: “Wayfarer Database / Wayfarer Map Sync” - This places your nomination in to the database and on to the wayfarer map. At this time it is not noted whether this is a Stop or Gym but marks them as “Not Used”.
Pokemon Go then uses this database to update it’s own Stop / Gym database.
B: “Pokemon Go to Wayfarer Database Sync” - This is where Pokemon Go updates the Wayfarer database confirming which will be Stops, Changed to Gyms etc.
This has been noticed as even when everything is working fine there is a delay when new Stops / Gyms are in game until this is shown on the Map.
So just so I have it right, given the process you labeled B is not working, new pokestops are effectively stalled? May I ask how long it’s been stalled so far?
Everything worked once correctly, from around 10 hours ago (since the post from @SlimboyFat71) [Edited]
Once a wayspot is approved, it appears on the wayfarer map soon after, but takes up to 48 hours to be added to Pokemon Go as a pokestop/gym. Meanwhile, it will show on the wayfarer map, but without its Pogo active status.
Once Pokemon Go has chosen it to be a pokestop/gym, the wayfarer map will be updated to show its Pogo active status.
