When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
All of the Pokestops (including the one listed here) in Cleveland, Ohio’s Lakeview Cemetery vanished a few weeks ago from the game but are still on the Wayspot map. It would be great to have them restored!
The most common reason for this to happen is property owner request. I am sure staff will be able to confirm if this is the case.

The Pokestops in Lakeview are still not appearing and haven’t since sometime mid-summer. At what point can we just determine they’re not coming back and allow for new Pokestops to be added?

That’s because the underlying issue is not yet fixed 
We don’t.
This won’t help. The Wayspots continue to exist in the database. It’s just that they are not spawning on the Pokémon GO gameboard.
I understand your disappointment and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue.
