Oh you’re saying the replishment isn’t exactly 24 hours
The replenishment is 1 per 24 hours but you start with (and cap at) 40.
The text in the app is a bit confusing but you do not replenish 40 per day.

Ah ok, yeah I’m used to the 13/day that Ingress had before Wayfarer. That makes sense to have 40 and it’s a rolling “bank” with +1 every day until hitting 40.
