Same here. I was Great throughout the challenge, but in the last week, I’ve had 2 times where I dipped down to Good.
Either there are some unthorough reviewers mucking up the system for us thorough reviewers, or there is some kind of bug causing an issue with ratings making them drop, possibly a lag. It has been taking a little longer for me to get an upgrade right now as well.
Greetings, first time poster here. I didn’t do the first challenge, but the latest one. I’ve done some reviews every now and then to advance to a platinum medal. My rating has always been Great pretty much from the early days - I was a lucky L16 when OPR opened for that level and shoveled through a lot of those queued up nominations. It has never dipped below Great before this and I’m very careful with my reviews and don’t rush through them.
During this challenge, my rating went from Great to Good to Fair, and I don’t dare review anything anymore. Would appreciate it if you found out why.

I’ve now hit “fair”. I guess that’s me done.
Niantic have made it clear that my reviews are bad and they dont want to give me credit in game for them at this point, so there’s no point.
I don’t want to do a bad job. So no job at all is what it will be.
I’ve got to believe that they did something recently to ‘update’ their equation. There are just so many folks reporting this and it’s hard to believe they are suddenly bad reviewers. I’m not sure what this ‘update’ changed but its odd.
Just my theory…
You know your stuff. Try not to let whatever is behind this algorithm get to you.
I can’t even do any reviews now, because they won’t count for my medal. And then I won’t know where I am.
Feels like I will never get it back, have lost it all.

I think it was because I rejected about 250 DFB’s in the US challenge section 
Or the hundreds of duplicates in Japan that never moved my duplicate counter?
Or the graveyards I rejected in the US, as well as the DFBs
My 500th review for the challenge was a cemetery rejection. Niantic is so goodhearded 
Hi, Since I started Reviewing My rating has always been at good or above and yesterday it was still at good. Then when I woke up this morning I saw that it was down to Poor. Is it possible for that jump in 1 night? What could be the reason for the sudden drop?

I have same problem too. I was wondering if it was some system bug? I did reviews during challenge. I went from great to poor 
then I stopped reviewing for like a couple days. I noticed that I went up to fair.
Approving “bulletin boards” has become a trend in Japan. However, there are many types of bulletin boards, and even those specialized for ``apartment residents’’ tend to be approved.
If it is reviewed by Wayfarer’s AI, it will be rejected, but if it is reviewed by a human, it will be approved.
In addition, there are a large number of applications submitted under the category of “restaurant” for privately run restaurants, and Niantic’s rules tend to approve them as they are valuable socializing spots in areas with few spots.
Even if it wasn’t “permanent”. But mostly approved.
In the end, even if the applicant takes advantage of the rules and I conduct a fair review and reject the application, many people still approve.
Perhaps because of this, my rating has gone down, and many spots have been passed through distorted screening.
Because applicants want to increase the number of spots and many reviewers want to increase the number of spots, the more rigorously the review is done, the lower the evaluation will be.

I skip all bulletin boards in Japan because I was not sure about them. I am from USA and I would let the reviewers in Japan decide.
I would stay away from the scripts for tampermonkey… I was trying some scripts for tampermonkey yesterday and sudden I got 24 hr cooldown on first testing.
I uninstalled all scripts and tampermonkey. I do not think it is good idea to use 3rd party scripts or tools.
Conversely I’ve never had a cooldown since I started using them.
