I have been in back and forth with Niantic regarding removing a duplicate wayspot. They seem firmly intent that the duplicated wayspot is representing a different object.
Here’s the original, correct wayspot.

Silent Abstraction
“Silent Abstraction” is a duplicate of the Richard Kemble Memorial. It just has a random name and placed faraway from the actual POI.

I don’t know how else to get through to Niantic other than ask for some community support. I would really love for this duplicate to be removed as it severely trips me up whenever I see it.
