Return valid wayspot or clearification about cemetary

The rules say: „Sensitive locations such as funeral homes, burial grounds, cemeteries, and graveyards should generally be avoided out of respect, but gravestones belonging to historical figures or significant community figures can be eligible if the nominator provides evidence for their historical importance“.

So why wayspot „Salzer Jungs“ has been removed?

Yes, that wayspot is a grave and was located at a cemetary.

But …

Our cemetary is old … it began in 1871 so there are really a lot of really old graves. And especially in that part of the cemetary there are graves of really important men of our history. Sometimes even the gravestone was lost but some piece of art survived because these great men paid the best artists ot that period of time.

How do I know this? There are even guided tours in this part of our cemetary.

So why „Salzer Jungs“ had been removed?

(1) Salzer died in 1919, his wife 1925 – it is not really a present grave.

(2) Salzer was (!!!) an important historical figure.

Accourding to the rules … gravestones belonging to historical figures or significant community figures can be eligible.
So in the beginning of ingress (probably via ingress redacted) the grave of that man had been submitted and accepted. Perhaps the location was not so correct. But Salzer was an important historical figure, so it should be a valid wayspot.

I don’t understand why this wayspot had been removed.
Please can you give me some clearification.
Or restore the wayspot.
