It’s been reported and confirmed that the Wayspot submission map in Pokémon GO is not loading when Wayfinders are attempting to make Wayspot nominations. We have also confirmed the map is not loading when Wayfinders are attempting to make Location Edits. This issue has been escalated to the appropriate teams and I hope to have updated for you soon.
In the meantime, you are welcome to use the Wayfarer Web Submission tool to submit any Wayspot nominations.

The GPS position seems anyway correct - even though you can’t see it - while standing at the position and makin the submission, but the screen after resolute to a new bug all text fields have the same issue, spaces don’t work so all words become one long string.
If you proceed without being able to visually check the nomination position accurately i would recommend putting the nomination on hold, get the coordinates from the submission email and check the position.
If it is not correct withdraw the submission
If it is correct you are good to go.
Of course, I did the nomination 24hrs plus ago, didn’t even upload it since I wasn’t able to to track it correctly at wayfarer - and uploaded it whilst having wayfarer on my computer - rephreshing until it was in place - reviewed and took actions. The position looked good, typos was edited - and is now in que/voting - process.
Glad you mention it so people don’t start to release uncontrolled nominations
I am not sure if it’s related, but the AR tasks have a similar issue when you click on it, it shows the photo of the wayspot only and you cannot see what you are recording as you take it.
