The automated processing system for nominations doesn't seem to work very well, successfull appeals should get refunded

Appeaaling a wayspot nomination shouldn’t have a cooldown. I had 2 nominations rejected by the automatic system, appealed both and now I have to wait 20 days to appeal the next one that got auto rejected. Basically I was right, but I still got penalized for it. If the appeals are accepted, at the very least they shouldn’t count towards the limit. Bellow are the details of the wayspot that got auto rejected that I’m trying to appeal but can’t. I honestly don’t see any reason why it wouldnt be a good wayspot.

Your point about getting successful appeals back so you don’t have to wait 15 days is valid and has been raised by other people. That is up to Niantic to change and they haven’t done so.

I’m not sure that this latest one was an automation rejection. It looks like one that was brought in for internal review by Niantic, which means a real person reviewed it.

Possibly it was rejected for just being an advertising mural at a veterinary centre, but without the full details it isn’t possible to be sure.
