Unfortunately, there’s nothing that can be done in regards to anything Ingress related here anymore. Due to the sale to Scopely, Ingress has stayed with the new Spatial, and has split from Wayfarer. There is a new Ingress Recon site in the works for the Ingress map, but it’s not fully up and running yet; can be found at Recon | Niantic Spatial, Inc.. At this time, we don’t fully know what the Recon site will offer, nor do we know if there will be a way other than the links previously provided to report portals and/or abuse.
I myself have reported several portals for removal, as they don’t meet what we currently believe to be criteria, but I can’t appeal them, so I’m hanging on the emails in case I can appeal the rejections.
