I have just begun to understand the issue with the data, I think, in trying to help on this topic: 2 Pokestops & Gym Removal
If I access the Wayfarer map through the Map tab, I see the three game locations as live, even though the OP said they are gone. But if I check through the Submit tab, I can see that the locations are gone. This is terribly confusing.
