It’s in the same level 17 s2 cell as the Bear Wallow Trail Sign. Each level 17 s2 cell is normally only able to contain one Pokéstop or one Gym. You can read more about this here:

So how do I submit to move it a little bit so it’s not in the same square.
Attempting to move a wayspot solely to get it to appear in Pokémon Go can get you warned or banned. Assuming you placed the wayspot correctly, then attempting to move it would be an abusive edit as it needs to be pinned on the object it represents.
That being said, it looks like this marker has been placed on a private residential property from satellite view. If you have evidence that it’s in the wrong location, you can take geotagged photos to prove where the actual location is and then use the wayfarer support chat to ask for it to be moved. I can’t tell where it actually should be, I just know that it seems to be in an invalid location currently based on satellite view.
The trailhead is right behind that property but i don’t want to get banned or anything. I thought i moved it back enough but i guess I didn’t. Thank you for your help though. I never knew pokestops couldn’t be close together like that. I will use that knowledge for future reference.
Sometimes pokestops can be close together, because each one exists in its own cell (sort-of-square) and it can be up against the edges of its cell. Think of it like two prisoners in isolation cells getting as close together as they can so that they can talk (except without the talking).
