Do you’ve any other email adress? Please check them all and the spam folder(s).

メールアカウントは他にないです。スパムフォルダにも入っていません。

Niantic accounts do not get suspended without emails being sent out. Those emails explain the violation(s). If you cannot find the emails anywhere, you will need to wait for staff to respond.

Thanks for confirming.
You should have received emails if your violations are based on wayfarer like @salixsorbus mentioned.
I’ve removed the “solution” mark. Let us wait for staff contact.
