Please turn off your browser’s translation function before uploading images. I’m too busy right now to answer in detail, but there is a rule that only one PokéStop can be found in each small rectangular section of the map. If there is already a PokéStop in the parcel, a PokéStop will not be created even if a new one is approved.

It loaded for me once I did the translation here in the forum. Also, keep in mind that not everyone plays Ingress and uses the Intel map. Here’s the photo, which really doesn’t help in this situation once you translate the text.

What we are actually doing is nomination Wayspots, not stops/gyms for PoGo or portals for Ingress. Each approved Wayspot gets added to the Spatial/Lightship map, which each Niantic game uses to determine game play locations. Each game has their own density/inclusion rules: PoGo uses S2 cells, Ingress uses a 20 m rule. More info in S2 cells and PoGo can be found here:

We can certainly take a look at your approved Wayspot to see if it will appear in PoGo and/or Ingress, but we do need to know the location. Please feel free to provide the location, and we can take a look for you.
