When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
( i dont know if portal applies on security, but in location, dont; why? because in Ingress portal is like 5 meters more “inside” so, there is no place for the attacker to be in the center of the portal, the portal is inside and/or above an garaje entrace, you can be in the red spot, but still not to close to the portal in game; so i dont know if location can be change or being removed)
Just a note, when you asked about this on the other question, I said you could provide more evidence in an appeal of a rejected report. The team will already know where the game location is, and will have seen street view. You should take photos that show that the only place that pedestrians can access this Wayspot is by standing in the driveway to the garage, if that is the case. That is not clear from satellite view:
a specific thing was submitted as a wayspot. you can take location tagged photos of the thing that was submitted. they do not need a photo showing where it appears in game, they have the coordinates for the game location. the photos you take for this appeal, will also work to correct the game location if they decide to leave the mural in game.
as was said, you will also need to post a screenshot of your rejected report.
Hi, @SrGillespie! It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or it hasn’t been submitted through in-game. At this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
