I consider that a bit Injustice from all.
The rules must be Change because there already was a pokestop
I am thinking to stop playing the game because off all injustices.
Me, my family, my friends… All we think that the game is being overcharged and awfull because of all updates and injustices in game
Ineligible pokestops sometimes get through review. These will be removed if they are reported and on single-family private residential property or on school grounds.
Just because a pokestop used to exist does not mean it has the right to be brought back.
But instead out pokestop on front of wall family, coild be moved to near of street. Moving that right or left a little.
And i could be available to request review or reply my submition.
Also no. It is the actual location of the marker that is the problem. You cannot mis-located a wayspot just to make it appear in Pokemon Go.
I understand your intent, but you are on a losing mission here. Step back a little and when you are ready, you could hunt for other interesting things to submit.

Although you do not think so, you have been given help. It was just that the answers given were not what you wanted to hear.
The last thing we want to happen is for someone to be suspended when the rules have been explained to them.
Take some time to think about that and if you are willing to adapt to different approaches the community here will be happy to help.
There is no injustice, we all have to go by the same rules. The only injustice is that sometimes people get away with it but once reported it will be removed and they risk suspensions on both Wayfarer and Pokemon Go.
Lots of help has been given already, just because it is not what you wanted to hear does not make it incorrect.
The game can be played Free, it is your choice if you want to pay for addition bonuses.
We can not change what you think but as the problem seems to be with Wayfarer why not step back from that, you can continue with PokemonGo if you wish.

When you decide you are ready to return then do so, big suggestion is to ask questions instead of stating us / staff / the site / the game etc are useless.
As you seem to have a problem with nominations I suggest for the next ones create a post asking for suggestions, include photo, Title, Description, GPS Cords. We will be happy to make suggestion even if that is to let you know that it is ineligible and unlikely to go through.

A tapas bar may simply be eligible. Cafes, bars and restaurants are definitely Social places and Social is one of the key criteria that all wayspots must meet one of - Social, Exploration, Exercise.
Often, restaurants are hard to get accepted, whilst places that focus on alcoholic drinks are easier, but a restaurant with good reviews in an area that doesn’t have dozens of restaurants would make a good submission.
Tasca de Pedro looks like a bar more than a restaurant, so should make for an easy win.

I hope photos are good to that, because are the best I take.
Tasca do Pedro is under of house like a cave, but is where people socialize and is there Tasca do Pedro where you see Google maps photos about that
I think that photo will possibly cause an auto reject as it doesn’t convey that there is a social place there.

Yes. There is a recommendation that I received from other person here in this discussion
Can you get a photo of the entrance/name of the bar?
Although you know what it is the first impression the photo gives to someone not knowing the area is of a road and an ordinary building.
So get in close people are not interested in the road or the place above the bar.
Try to show the table chairs outside and an open door. This all helps define it as a social space.
If there ais a sign take a picture of that
If the door is open a picture looking inside.
Use the web submission page as you can add up to 5 images so a chance to show the context better.
If it refused, can I contest send more images?
