At this point I wouldn’t worry about that too much. The 15th is the date to pause new submissions. Your existing nominations will still be processed and your access to your contribution page will remain:

What This Means for Ingress Players

• Continued Access to Wayfarer: Ingress players who currently have a Wayfarer account will continue to have full access to Wayfarer. You will still be able to log in, review nominations, and view your contribution history. Your existing login credentials will remain the same.
