I had given a location edit for the wayspot. After acceptance of the location edit, the wayspot disappeared from the game.

But I had made the edit in Pokemon go and got accepted for that. and now it has disappeared from Pokemon go
Each game has its own unique gameboard rules that determine what wayspots it uses. I don’t where the wayspot was originally located, however your location edit has placed it in an occupied cell. This means it does not meet the gameboard rules to appear in PoGo.

On a side note, the location of the wayspot does appear to be inaccurate by about 8m. Not sure if you were trying to correct the location marker in stages or something else since I don’t know the original position.
However if moved to the correct location it likely would appear in PoGo again.
