Glad you posted! Wayspots are game agnostic. Pokemon Go has additional rules in place for a Wayspot to be eligible to be used in that game as a Pokestop or gym. If it is not alone in the L17, then it may possibly still be used as a Powerspot. I edited this comment to include that.

This rejection suggests that there is an existing POI for the same mural, so it can’t be accepted twice. Not all wayspots can become pokestops/gyms, due to the inclusion rules in Pokemon Go, but the interface in Pokemon Go doesn’t make this at all clear.
You can see what is in the wayspot database using the submission map you have posted. Click on the markers and you should be able to find out which one is this mural.
Das liegt daran, dass Wayfarer nicht einfach nur für Pokestops ist, sondern für eine Datenbank, aus der sich Pokémon GO die Sachen ausleiht quasi. Pokémon GI hat sich entschieden, nicht alle Einträge als Pokestops zu übernehmen.
Wenn also etwas in der Datenbank ist, aber das Spiel sich entschieden hat, es nicht aufzunehmen, ist es trotzdem ein Duplikat, selbst wenn im Spiel selbst nur der orangene Marker ist. Die kannst du anklicken und schauen, ob das Wandbild auch wirklich schon drin ist

Das Wandbild existiert leider als Wegpunkt in einer anderern NianticApp, warum gibt es nicht die Funktion solche Wegpunkte in einem anderen Spiel auch zu verwenden. Ganz klare verschlechterung des Spielerlebnisses
Das müsstest du die Entwickler von Pokemon GO fragen, die Stellen nämlich die Auswahl ein, Wayfarer stellt nur die Datenbank und Service bereit.
Ein Grund wird wahrscheinlich sein, wenn zur viele Punkte aufeinander stehen, dass man dann nichts mehr gescheit auf dem Bildschirm drücken kann. Gerade mit manchen Kraftquellen ist einfach vieles im Weg in manchen Gegenden, vertippt mich andauernd

There is. Wayspots which cannot become pokestops/gyms due to the inclusion rules in Pokemon Go sometimes become powerspots, provided they meet those inclusion rules.
This is the decision by the owners of Pokemon Go.
Das wäre hier nicht der Fall, und klar es ist verständlich das 100 Pokestops auf 5 Quadratmetern Wahnsinn wären, übertrieben ausgedrückt. Da versteh ich nicht wie andere Käffer alle 5 Meter Pokestops haben

Die Entwickler haben ja mit der Wahl nichts zu tun, da war jemand schneller in einer anderen App und versaut mir damit den Spaß, weil ich es nicht nutzen kann

There is already a wayspot for this mural. Pokemon Go doesn’t use it because of it’s proximity to existing wayspots. That is a decision by the team that make Pokemon Go.
Wayfarer will not let you add the mural when it already exists.
fyi, irrelevant game references to Pokemon Go will cause a rejection, even if this were not a duplicate. Despite what the prompts say, you submit Wayspots, not Pokestops.
Sorry, das macht keinen Sinn. Mir sind die Zellen egal. Mein Problem ist, ich kann diesen Wayspot nicht für Pokemon Go verwenden und das ist scheiße. Es hat nichts mit Zellen zu tun. Nur das ich ihn nicht übertragen kann von ?NianticApp? zu Pokemon Niantic App und das ist eine fehlende Funktion, die das Spiel sonst nicht groß beeinflussen würde, außer es besser zu machen
I get that you are frustrated, and am hoping that explaining how the system works will help you find some points of interest that are eligible to become stops or gyms. Once I understood it, I began to really enjoy looking for nominations.
It takes a shift in mindset from “I want this to be a Pokestop” to “This is eligible to be a Pokestop.”

Ich werde definitiv nicht meine Meinung in diesem Punkt ändern, nur weil ich nichts an der Situation ändern kann. Es bleibt scheiße das diese Funktion beschränkt ist, weil die Entwickler das nicht berücksitigt haben, als man Wayspots hinzufügen konnte, dass die eine Niantic App das Erlebniss der anderen verschlechtert
