This bug still seems to be ongoing.
Eight applications have been pretended to have never been submitted.
Submitted at 15:15 JST: Receipt email arrived without any problem.
Submitted around 17:00 to 21:00 JST: The first 8 applications still have not been received or reflected. Only the last two applications received receipt mail at 23:45 JST.

A follow up -
I submitted two nominations on June 12th, in the evening British Summer Time. I logged into Wayfarer around midnight, but could not see my nominations. When I woke up, they still were not in wayfarer. Later in that morning, at 10:30 BST I received a nomination confirmation email. An hour later I logged into Wayfarer, and saw that one of my nominations, with placeholder text was already in voting, this nomination, “Moonshot” was rejected a day later.
I still have not received a second nomination confirmation email for my “Dragon Carving” nomination. So I just resubmitted the nomination, and got the confirmation email straight away. I assume my original nomination is just lost.
However, I am too far away from my placeholder nomination to resubmit. Is it possible for an admin to reopen my “Moonshot” nomination for editing and resubmission?

It is strange, I have nominated around 10. Many of these do not get email and does not be available in the contrib page. But the last one did get email and can be found at the page. So the problem does not seem to be “first in, first out” it feels random so now I do not know if I should resubmit or not.

I had the same issue.
I applied for multiple Wayspots at the park today and tried to make duplicate Wayspots into Powerspots.
But it didn’t show up on the contribution page like everyone else.
And I didn’t get a response to the emails I sent every time I applied.
When will this issue be fixed?
I remember it was between 4pm and 5pm on Saturday, June 14th, Korean time.
Oh, the number of uploads has definitely decreased. Normally, when I apply, it appears on the contribution page right away and I get a Google mail, but this time, nothing came.

Do you remember when you’ve submitted your missing nominations? (+ timezone please). Did you use upload later?
The last one was today (2025-06-14) at 17:42 CET, the rest was done up to 1 hour before that. I uploaded the pictures directly.

I did 12 requests today for local hiking trail stickers. They all went through with an E-mail and are showing up in the contributions page, even though I had trouble uploading them from the game (probably just my Wifi). This was at 22.00 central time zone
I created a Nomination for a PokeStop this morning, but I didn’t receive any email, and I don’t see it in my list of nominations. My list of nominations only has the old one for 2021.Tell me why the nomination was not displayed, or perhaps an error occurred when creating the nomination and it simply was not created and therefore is not displayed.It was 14.06.2025 Time 11-11:30 am CET

Kind of glad I didn’t go submit anything yesterday, like I was hoping so. I’m busy today, so no submitting today.
Looks like we are back to normal. I just uploaded 2 nominations and received my email within minutes. They also appeared in Wayfarer at the same time.

I got my emails for yesterday’s (24h ago) nominations. I did not get my emails for today’s (12h ago) nominations. I still have a bunch of nominations not showing from the previous days as well.

Fiz alguns envios(cerca de 8, já não me recordo), no dia 13 de junho entre 3am e 5am, horário de Brasília e recebi apenas 2 emails de confirmação duas horas após isso. Apenas essas duas aparecem na minha página de gerenciamento de contribuições. Devo reenviar as outras? Como proceder para resolver o meu problema?
Each game has algorithms that will determine how to use wayspots in the app. The community has observed trends on how these algorithms work which are dubbed inclusion rules.
Sadly, there is no guarantee for how each wayspots will be used. Resubmission of wayspots that exist in the database, even if not in the game, results to a duplicate decision.
I submitted 3 Wayspot nominations yesterday, June 13th, 2025. Around 6:30 PM EST (New York). I don’t remember the exact names of each but the three names were something like
Lebanon Valley Dragway
Lebanon Valley Car Art
Lebanon Valley Dragway Scoreboard
They were submitted as a batch due to me selecting “Upload Later” as there was poor service at the track. I’ve seen others having the same issue and I am upset because i spent a long time making these & can’t recreate them without driving 1 hour each way back to the track. (I don’t have the pictures saved)
Essentially, I submitted the 3 nominations and I have not received any emails, nor have the submissions been reflected on my contributions page. However, the game knows I submitted wayspots because the number of available submissions went down. Please fix!

The Wayspot candidates who applied yesterday did not receive the contribution page or application email.
When I logged into Pokemon Go today and checked again, the number of uploads that had decreased by the amount applied for was restored and increased.
Should I apply again? When will there be an announcement regarding this issue?
