Niantic it would really help people trying to add pokestops to the game if we had proper map where we could see the different level S2 cells and if there is pokestops in there.
It is really frustrating when your PokeStop gets accepted but then there apparently is another stop in the other corner of level 17 S2 cell and my PokeStop won’t make it into pokemon go.
That would be helpful in creating gyms to the area.

Thanks, but downloading any tools seems pretty complicated to me. Especially when I’m using my phone.

Your request will not happen as Niantic do not and will not acknowledge the use of S2 cells since it can be abused to deliberately mislocated wayspots. Community tools are your only option.
I agree its complicated but if you wanted to join the wayfarer discussion discord (linked with the tools) people will help you. I am really non-technical and everyone helped me install it on my phone and its super useful

As Niantic won’t confirm what the inclusion rules are, they won’t provide a map and overlays to allow us to submit nominations as this could lead to abuse by some sections of the community. This is why there is various unsupported 3rd party tools that uses historic knowledge of what the inclusion rules we believe to exist.
Yes it is frustrating that you put the effort to submit only to find that it won’t appear in Pogo or any other game that relies on the nominations. But there are tools available that could help you plan what you can submit.

The specific search term “wayfarer tools” is the only one you should look for, its the top Google link, and contains the link to discord for help installing.
