The “Wayfarer criteria” rejection reason indicates that the ML (machine learning ai) model has rejected this nomination. The accompanying email will say it was a decision by “our team” instead of the community.
The recognizable faces in the main photo are the most likely the reason it was rejected. People are allowed to be in the photo if they can’t be avoided completely, but these are too prominent imo.

As already mentioned, the nomination was most likely rejected due to the Machine Learning automation tool.
One of the things I would guess it would look out for is if people exist within the image. Because of the number of people that exist, there may be scope for someone to be recognised. Whilst it’s not a slam dunk issue, it’s better to submit a nomination where people may not be the focus point of the image or where there are no people in the image.

If you try again on this submission, I would recommend taking a photo of the sign if there is one. I see there is already a portal (Wayspot used in Ingress) for the sports zone, so you will want to show the badminton area is distinct.
You should also be careful with your text to make your nomination look its best. This should not have caused the rejection, but there are many capitalization and punctuation mistakes. If English is not your first language, you can make a nomination in any language you are more comfortable using.
