Wayspot nominations need to be a great place to exercise, a great place to socialise, and/or a great place to explore. A pet food store and a funeral home don’t fit any of these three criteria.
Additionally, the pet food store could be seen as a generic business, and the funeral home could be seen as a sensitive location. You’ve also mentioned a game specific reference by mentioning Pokéballs, which is another thing you shouldn’t be doing with your nominations.
for me pet food store is good place for Wayspot nominations because people will go to shop and do pokestop spin, they know that , in that location have pet food store, they can meet people the also, it good for pet food also. we play the game just simple walk or by past any Wayspot , pet food store we walk inside the store also can consider exercise.

I don’t see how the pet food store qualifies. Is this just a place you can meet people, or does this store have something more, like classes or events?
People can spin a pokestop almost anywhere, this doesnt make the pet shop meet criteria
People can meet other people anywhere, a pet shop does not facilitate meeting people
People can walk anywhere, a pet store does not facilitate this and thus does not meet this criteria.
