Im 22m away from power spot, and nothing in S2 cell L17. Is there something else that is limiting me from having this stop? It was in game for couple days and I even made a route but then it all disappeared.

I do see the community mailbox next to the LFL. Though the library itself is on the grass. I suspect it was removed based on it being on Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP).
If you can show that this is a communal area and not SFPRP you may be able to appeal this.

Does this need to be moved to Wayspot Appeals asking for reinstatement?
It also could be a homeowner request for removal, and in that case, they will honor the request. But agree it most likely has been reported as appearing to be on SFPRP. The pin is outside the property boundary shown, but idk how much legal status that has:

The original question was what happened to it. So nomination support fit the bill.
If they say they would like to try and appeal it, we can move it and have them fill out the additional appeal info.

fyi you don’t get notice that a stop you submitted was removed from the game, or why it was removed. Anything we say would be guessing.
Appealing the removal in Wayspot Appeals would be the better course of action than resubmitting it. If there was some kind of issue that had the team remove the Wayspot, they could consider resubmitting it as abuse.
